I’ve met with this provider and given him an overview of our product. He took a me back to his office, and we discussed the patient benefits and the benefit to his office and even brought my company owner onto the phone to answer some medical questions. he asked for some research and information about the products, which I sent. Then I dropped into his office a few times.
He’s effectively gone dark on me, so I sent an email stating“I’ve dropped in and emailed a few times and haven’t heard back… Where would you like to go from here?”
To which he responded:
”Hi Travis,
When we would need the product you offering, we would let you know.Thanks,dr x”question: this seems like a dead end, but I’d like to leave it open. Any suggestions for how to reply?Aug 16, 2023 #9512894Will BarronKeymasterAug 16, 2023Will Barron Aug 16, 2023I think they’re politely (and very unassertively) trying to tell you that it’s not a good fit.
Everything isn’t lost though.
What you need is a trigger event.
Ask yourself the question – “Why would this person want to meet with me, right now?”
