Will, in the training you talk about running the process in paralled, across multiple ICP’s when you need more revenue.
At what point do I start doing that?
I currently have around a 17% meeting booking rate from my cold outreach (surgeons, specific procedure they do, across the US) , closing rate is around 60% which could probably be better.
Sales target is being hit now consistently and I don’t know if it’s shiny object syndrome or what but I feel I’m ready for the next challenge!
