Apr 6, 2023 #9011123What’s your sales tech stack?Hadeel DabbaghParticipantApr 6, 2023
Hi all,
I’m curious what mix of tech people are using in Sales to run and manage their cadence. Sorry if this has been asked before..
I started my first campaign very simple.. LinkedIn sales navigator + Seamless AI (lead enrichment) + yesware (campaigns)
I like that yesware shows me the touchpoints in Outlook so I can see what I need to do each day.. But I couldn’t synch what’s happening within the campaign to my CRM (hubspot). I’d like to also be able to document my notes from the conversations within Hubspot. Yesware only integrates with Hubspot if using Gmail and not outlook.
I also had a high bounce rate for my target list using emails from Seamless, so now exploring other options there too.
I’m looking for tools that would work well with each other and integrate with Hubspot. There are so many options and overlap it’s a bit overwhelming!
I’m the company founder and the only person doing sales now so not looking for a setup that’s too expensive or complicated.
Thanks!
Apr 8, 2023 #9011141Stuart SummersParticipantApr 8, 2023Stuart Summers Apr 8, 2023I research relevant companies & contacts using LinkedIn Sales navigator & old leads in Salesforce.
I use ZoomINFO to get email & mobile data in to Salesforce after finding the right contacts.
I use Salesloft to run my cadences.
I also track a lot of my activity & who I’ve pulled through in google docs. Eg if anyone is a “do not contact”, I can’t put them in a cadence so I have to do the steps manually, so need a way of tracking it.

- Sales Navigator
- Seamless.ai / LeadIQ
- Hubspot / Yesware – Cadences
- Zoom for all meetings

RE this:

I’ve easily had the best success pulling contact info with ZoomInfo.

I’m in the same spot as you. Solo-founder doing all the sales so automation is key here. This is what I use:
- LinkedIn Sales Nav: Initial Research and qualification
- Seamless.ai: For now, to get emails & mobile phone numbers. I’ve also used Apollo.io in the past for emails which has been very accurate (1%-2% bounce rate). They’re $99 USD/mo. Phone numbers were iffy. Still evaluating Seamless, and also evaluating Cognism (~$3,600USD/yr) and D&B Hoovers (~2K-3K/yr) for mobile numbers.
- HubSpot Pro: This has actually been huge for staying organized with the Sequences I designed with Will. If you want I can shoot a Loom video to show you my setup. HubSpot should eliminate the need for Yesware and also integrates with Outlook.
- Cacheflow: Still evaluating this one but seems to be a great way for streamlining the closing process (submitting quotes, getting signatures, getting paid and handling renewals). Not sure about the price on this yet.

Any experience with more recent tools on the market like Cognism?
