What CRM is everyone using these days?

I’ve recently been hired by content production company (supports big YouTubers etc) but they have no CRM.

They manage all their sales by looking back at previous emails that have been sent via their inbox search. It’s a mess!

I’m connecting with around 15 new prospects a month. 1-3 new deals a month and mainly communicating over email/DM online.

I haven’t seen any CRMs that for example can automatically pull Instagram DMs into their feeds for specific contacts. That would be mega useful.

    Any thoughts?

Hey Stuart…..I don’t know about Instagram compatibility but I bought a Pipedrive subscription about a year ago.  I’ve used Siebel, Microsoft CRM and Salesforce.

Pipedrive is WAY more intuitive than any of the other big players…you can make it as simple or as complex as you want.  I prefer simple.

A former employer used Salesforce and bastardized it….worst CRM I ever used.  Over 100 required fields for each opportunity entered….and then they never read what we entered.

Pipedrive is very affordable at the entry level package….recommend trying it for a month to see if it fits your business.  Pretty good tech support too.

    Good Luck,

    Not sure it exists Stuart.

If it does it’ll be for an “agency” rather than for salespeople like https://www.gohighlevel.com/.
