What are all the tonalities used in sales?

Confused tone, curious tone, concerned tone, challenging/skeptical tone, etc. ??

Any insight is appreciated on all the possible tonalities that can be used in sales scenarios with leads, prospects, and clients, to be able to study/practice each one.

    Hey Bryce.

I’m not a huge believer in adjusting tonality, pacing etc to artificially increase influence.

That’s Wolf of Wall Street film stuff. They had to do that because they were selling junk to idiots.

If you’re selling a B2B product (which this community is focused on) then it’s difficult, if not impossible to keep up that stuff for the weeks to months it takes to get a large deal done.

Unless you’ve recorded yourself and you sound very stilted (in which case, watch this podcast I did a while back – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5OCMpElLd8) I wouldn’t worry about it.

If you have the right message, in front of the right person, with the right timing then all of the small “sales hacks” don’t really matter –

Is there a reason you want to focus on tonality over other things?
