    I’m trying to get my video embed on LinkedIn message with Loom. I’ve seen some screenshots where you can see a thumbnail in the chat.

    For me it’s just sending a hyper link.

    I’ve tried sales nav and straight up LinkedIn with no success.

    Any thoughts?

    It’s been hit-or-miss for us too!

    I’ll do a post on LinkedIn about it and see if I can get some clarity.

    I think the issue is with Loom/LinkedIn. When I use VidYard it works every time!
