    • Our – Market Defender
    • Help – Grain Farmers
    • Who want to – Improve their Sells performance
    • By – Verb, Increasing their net selling price
    • And – Verb, reduce market stress
    • Unlike – traditional marketers who don’t understand effective marketing in the 21 century

    Perk producers? –
    Make more money
    Makes their job much easier
    Improved risk management
    Gives them a sounding board to bounce ideas off off
    Strain reducers?
    Reduces amount of time they need to spend researching
    Reduces amount of uncertainty about making a decisions
    Takes the stress off of a spouse
    Removes the predatory behavior of other buyers

    Buyer Jobs
    Sell their grain
    do market research
    determine their objectives
    Make the decision
    Social Jobs-
    look good and feel like the made the best decision
    Personal/Emotional Jobs –
    have peace with the decision
    feel like they won

    Perks
    Required Perks
    Need to give good solid advice on what is going on in the market and what to do.
    Expected Perks
    regular contact
    me to be on the ball
    Desired Perks –
    Hit the top of the market all the time
    Unexpected Perks
    The relationships that I have built are benefiting them

    This looks good Greg.

    One thought though: Can you go to a deeper level of pain than just earning more money?

    Benefit – Earn more money
    Desire (why is the benefit important?) – Keep family farm going during tough times for farmers

    Is this different to how you were positioning the service before? / What did you learn from doing the exercise?
