    For the WE help (role, (do). Which (does) and  (desire). (Unlike) value statement:

    We help Learning Professionals deliver on their learning initiatives and measure the effectiveness of their learning programs with a custom LMS. Unlike “off-the-shelf” LMS our LMS empowers transformational learning outcomes with scalability and precise strategic alignment.

    For the first one you can remove some words –

    We provide Learning professionals with a tailored Learning Management System that scales perfectly with their needs. This results in a cost-efficiencies and superior user experience.

    Can it be re-famed as “I help X person, solve Y problem, in Z way?”

    People buy software to solve problems. The more you can frame your software as a way to solve a problem rather than a bunch of code, the easier it is for people to emotionally buy into it.

    The second value proposition is pretty good. Well done mate.
