    Hey Brian, decent first attempt. Couple of notes –

    • Simplify – Remove anything that doesn’t need to be there for the message to be understood.
    • Make it conversational –  You should be able to say your value prop, out loud, without sounding weird if someone asked you “what do you do?”

    For example –

    I help tech founders find the right candidates, fast, via an in-depth understanding their companies needs.

    This will naturally get refined as you start doing outreach, booking meetings and closing clients.

    There will be certain things that pop up over and over again that your prospects respond to. We’ll use these statements to improve your value prop over time.
