Sep 27, 2024 #9518238Value Proposition for ReviewKlaudia KowalskaParticipantSep 27, 2024
I have created separate value propositions for each of my ICPs (CTOs, CIOs amd IT Directors) for every sector we work in. I’m not sure if that’s too much, but I am speaking to people in these sectors every day and I though we should have different value prop for each.
Financial Services:
CTOs: “We give CTOs the confidence to focus on innovation by taking care of the heavy lifting—automating what’s manual and making sure everything stays secure and compliant.”
CIOs: “We remove the burden of managing complex IT systems, giving CIOs the freedom to focus on strategic decisions that elevate their influence and drive business success.”
IT Directors: “We help IT Directors feel confident leading innovation by simplifying their infrastructure, giving them peace of mind and freeing them to focus on strategic growth.”
Manufacturing:
CTOs: “We help CTOs make their factory smarter, and modernize without disrupting production. Which makes them the leader who made everything run smoother, faster, and more securely.”
CIOs: “We make it effortless for CIOs to stay ahead of production challenges by integrating systems into one single platform, so they don’t have to worry about system breakdowns, compliance issues, or constant firefighting.”
IT Directors: “We help IT Directors simplify their operations by eliminating bottlenecks of disconnected systems, making sure production never stops.”
Logistics & Transportation:
CTOs: “We help CTOs keep their fleet running smoothly, with automated insights that let them focus on scaling without delays or compliance headaches.”
CIOs: “We simplify how CIOs keep operations moving. By making outdated systems work together, we help you focus on getting shipments out faster, cutting unnecessary costs, and making smarter decisions every day.”
IT Directors: “We help IT Directors stop worrying about outdated systems by giving them real-time visibility across fleets and warehouses. This enables them to prevent issues before they cause costly delays.”
Education:
IT Directors: “We make life easier for IT Directors by simplify their IT environment, reducing daily headaches, so they can focus on projects that make a real difference for students and staff.”
Retail:
IT Directors: “We help IT Directors unify their retail systems, reducing operational bottlenecks and enabling faster responses to changing consumer trends.”
Non-Profit:
IT Directors: “We help IT Directors leave a lasting legacy by modernizing their tech landscape, allowing them to boost donor engagement and meaningfully contribute to the cause.”

Focus on which ever ICP that you think is most likely to book a meeting and lets build one optimized cadence rather than 30 half assed ones.
