I want to keep this as bare-bones as possible. Our top benefits with our electrical safety training are that our trainers are actually personable and not monotone and boring. It’s offered nationwide for any shift, 24 hours a day. And we can either deliver it on-site or online.

I’ve also trimmed the consulting part of this. Every trainer that comes on-site is a full consultant and expert on the standard. I feel like that information can be communicated in later conversations with the customer or throughout different parts of the email or cadence.
Here are two slightly different versions as well.

This is decent Caden but you could go deeper with the value that you offer.
Your buyers don’t care that you’re “nationwide”, they don’t really care about “compliance”.
What they care about is (probably) not getting sued or getting into legal issues.
The more you can talk to the underlying desires of your prospects, the more likely you are to get a positive reaction from the –
“I help [specific job role] eliminate the risk of legal issues with straightforward NFPA 70E compliance training.

Similar to my last note, does the buyer care that you can do training “on-site and online”? Or do they care that you can facilitate training when they can fit it into their busy schedule.
Do they care that your training is “interactive” or that you have 100% pass rate so they can get it over and done with and not have to spend too much time faffing around with it.
I think all your value propositions are decent. That’s just some thoughts of how they can be improved further.
