1/ Content like this is great for building a following, and as a result you may get newsletter sign-ups / podcast subscribers
2/ There is very little opportunity to provide 1 to 1 value off the back of content alone. To produce the best results for your customers, you need to be starting conversations and having human-to-human interactionsGood luck and Merry Christmas
