I had a customer in a similar situation that just wanted to get the cheapest priced bus for her daughters wedding. There are so many options out there that after a few calls she got buyers fatigue and went with what she thought was the cheapest and assumed the same high level of service. Well, the bus went to the wrong hotel, and they all ended up having to Uber, down right awful and painful.
Am I on the right track you don’t want that to happen to your event?
I had a company call me in a frantic search for someone that could transport all their executives after their current preferred vendor bailed on them because they could make more money with the Super Bowl. We were booked out too, but I don’t believe in letting a customer down, we went back to the drawing board and got them flawless 5 star service in a day to ensure she looked good in front of all of her Board of Directors and C level executives. This is why you choose us, we will always be there with a solution to make sure you look good when it counts!

Be careful using language that us sellers know (because we hear it in training etc) but the buyer might not be familiar with.

I know it’s written down and how you say that sentence changes the impact of it but it sounds a little condescending reading it.
Maybe –
We can’t have that happen on your big day, right?
Otherwise, looking good.
