I am currently interviewing for a few different Saas sales positions. One of them is with a start-up. Is there any questions I should be asking or anything that might be a red flag? I have heard that start ups can be risky.
I’d want to know what track record the founders have? Do they have cash in the bank? Are they promising you a good commission/base pay or are they trying to flake on that by offering you stock options?
There is a massive difference between a 5 person start up and something like Outreach.io that are still considered a “start up”.
