I’m fairly new to sales. Did timeshare sales in the ancient past, and actually did well as a closer, but presently I’m the chief executive of a small firm, and need to do sales to get the whole thing off the ground. We offer facilitation of design sprints and workshops, to startups and entrepreneurs figuring out product/market fit.

I work in customer service and I am just looking for tips in how to hone my persuasion skill. I’m tired of hearing no and need at least 75% yes. Persuasion is a big skill to sharpen in customer service convincing someone they need it without saying they need it. Transparency with with a tint.
