The training is being updated to reflect this as we speak, but think about selling over social as creating a conversation and then transitioning it to booking a call, rather than how an email is structured –
- Hey, really enjoyed your post on X. How did you come up with that insight?
- Yeah, I’ve experienced that as well. I found… [STORY]
- Do you have this issue with your transport too?
- Ah that sucks, I might be able to help. No worries if not, but would it make sense to jump on a quick call?
