- Don’t capitalize the subject line like a “title”.
- Treat it like a sentence.
- I’d avoid “…”.
- They can be used but it can come across a little marketery.
- Your email is solid but it’s lacking evidence/proof/trust.
- Can you add a specific success story to your claim?
- Can you narrow down “companies” to the industry that your prospect is in?
- Try and make things as specific as possible so the prospect reads the email and goes “ah, this is for me!”

- Same comments as previous email.
- I like the PS but I’d go further and lead with it.

- You’ve tried the subject line nicely into the first line of the email. It’d just try and make it a little more concise.
- Rather than “odds are”, I’d make a bolder claim.

NAME – Leak?

Like every other corporate in Pharma, {{ company.name }} is leaking money by overpaying for telecom services. This is the norm, not the exception.Everyone puts off fixing the leak as it’s not urgent. Then a few years go by and most CFOs get knots in their stomach when they see what they could have saved if they’d have taken action earlier.Would you like me to share how I can save you 27%-38% on your telecom bill with just a couple of clicks? Thanks, - Don’t capitalize the subject line like a “title”.
