This might seem silly but I spent a lot of time each day preparing food.

For the reps that WFH and who don’t want to DoorDash, what are some quick and healthy meals that y’all cooking?

Hi Henry! I like to batch up portions of curried chicken and rice for lunches. I freeze them and then microwave them each day.

Smoothies are also another great option if you have a powerful blender. I use a Blendtec like they have in coffee shops.

Is there a delivery service nearby that can fire over healthy food?

That’s a fair question! I automatically associate food delivery with unhealthy crap. I’ll take a look into it.

That’s what I do. There is a sandwich shop locally that I have deliver 3-4 times a week. They do a nice salad bowl with BBQ chicken that sorts me right out!

I’m not great at cooking for myself during the day but know I need some nutrition. Lately, I’ve been throwing a scoop of protein powder, a half avocado, banana, a few frozen berries and a handful of spinach in a ninja bullet blender and drinking that on my lunch. It’s easy, tastes good and is relatively healthy.

I usually eat a few cookies as well at some point…
