I know you can show a clear ROI in what you sell and so it should be beaten logically with the numbers in your case.
For context, none of our recent enterprise accounts have brought up any down turn as a objection. If they did, I’d be asking them if they want to sink or swim during it.

I’ve had it come up a couple of times. I’m selling medical devices though so I think our market is less susceptible than others.
People are always hurting themselves, right?
My rebuttal is usually along the lines of, lets look at the ROI before we make any judgements.
