    Hi guys,

    fully qualified prospects who commit to the service and price but then do not live up to the revenue they stated they would spend.

    how to approach this with the customer

    Hey Corey,

    What does it the journey look like from the buyer signing up to getting to the point where a lack of revenue is an issue?

    • Do they get on-boarded?
    • Are they sent reminders of what they agreed on their side during the sales process?
    • Any other team members involved? i.e. “customer success”?
