    I am planning on launch a new campaign soon.

    Trying to get the 1st ‘cold email’ messaging right, your feedback please…

     

    Title = [1st name – it’s a waste of time]

    Hi abc,

    *Catch attention=

    Noticed you manage your multi-site WAN and security infrastructure.

    *State their desire=

    The amount of time wasted on boarding new sites, is so unnecessary, costly and annoying.

    *Give a reference=

    We recently helped ‘Antal’ to go live across multiple sites, all within 5 days. Removing their WAN and Security headache.

    *Call to action=

    Would it make sense to jump on a quick call to see if we can do the same for you?

    Hey x,

    I see you’re heading up multiple sites and users.

    On average how long does it take, for your teams to roll out uniform change?

    We recently helped ‘Antal’ to roll out global WAN and Security changes, across x5 sites.

    We did this remotely and at the same time. All in sync within the same hour.

    Would it make sense over a 10 minute call, to share how we did this?
