Apr 19, 2022 #6509829My Very First Value PropositionFrederik BondeParticipantApr 19, 2022
Sup SMS-Community,
I run a web agency and today I created my very first value proposition. I was wondering if you guys could give me some brutally honest feedback, so I can tweak it before sending it out to a bunch of prospects.
A DSGN AGENCY
– Our custom built websites
– Help SaaS companies
– Who want to scale their company
– By increasing brand awareness
– And stand out from the competition
– Unlike the WordPress templates that occupy the internet in abundance.I feel like the one referring to “competitions value prop” could be better, I am just not entirely sure how to phrase it.
Let me know what you think!
Best,

You need to get even more focused here. I don’t know anything about your industry but I’d be thinking something like this…
Our BESPOKE (increased perceived value as all websites are custom) websites
Help SaaS companies in the SALES STACK SPACE (super specific to your prospect)
Stand out from the competition with extremely effective UX DESIGN (specific feature)
So that companies get MORE SIGN UPS AND LESS SUPPORT TICKETS (easy ROI for both of these)
Unlike generic the WordPress templates of your competitionYou can have different versions of this for different industries as you’re doing your outreach but I’d get as specific as possible.

It makes a lot of sense to be even more specific, so thanks a lot for your tweaked version.
I also like how you tied the perks together with a more specific niche inside in the SaaS industry. What industry do you work in and how long have you been selling?
