Jul 28, 2023 #9512682Looking for input on our first round of emails for our cadence. Be brutal….Raymond PadgettParticipantJul 28, 2023
Here is what I am thinking for our first round of outbound emails. Please provide input.
Subject: Ultra-Fab gets your manager off your back
Hi there [Name].
I recently worked with Tim at Coachlight RV in Missouri and got his manager off his back.
I’ve attached his story.
He went from selling very few jacks, leveling & stabilization items to making it a major part of his store.
Ultra-Fab’s helping him sell more and at higher margins made his GM a happy guy.
Like I told him, we guarantee that you sell more and at higher margins… and create happier customers at the same time.
Does it make sense to jump on a quick call to see if we can do the same for you?
Thanks,
Raymond

Some thoughts –
- Subject line is a little aggressive. What happens if this email gets forwarded to the GM or sign off?
- No need to mention the brand here. Focus on what the buyer wants to hear.
- I’d go with just “Hi Name,”
- Would “I’ve attached his story” be a link? I don’t think this is needed.
- Write your emails in a way that sounds fine to be read out-loud. Omit anything that would sound weird to say to the prospect in-person.
- Don’t use underlines as they’re a little shouty. Use italics for the same effect, if at all.
- Probably better to focus on the one product line that is most likely to book a meeting. Then on the call you can diagnosis what is
Here’s my re-write –
Subject: Higher margins, guaranteed?

And, we guarantee your success too.
