Personally I’m not sure I’d have all that stuff in the headline. One specific message is going to be more effective than so much stuff that it becomes difficult to read.
Banner:
It looks fine but if I’m being picky, I’d have a strong call to action on there rather than the branding.

About:
Dramatically increase the amount of white-space. It isn’t correct technically to break up paragraphs but big blocks of text are difficult to read on a smartphone.
I’d consider making it less about you and more about what you can offer your prospects. Your prospects don’t really care about your background. They care about “what is in it for me”.
Featured:
Choose one thing that you’d like people to click on. When there’s lots of options, people are less likely to click and choose one.
Posts:
Stop making posts that don’t get engagement. Some of your posts do really well. Do more of those.
LinkedIn rewards “post momentum”. If your last post was good, it’ll give more reach to your next one. If your previous post didn’t get any engagement then your next one (even if it’s great) won’t get much engagement.
