    Hi there,

First time writing a value prop for my current sales role.

    I’ve written 2 variations.

The first is longer but gives more context.
The second is shorter but doesn’t give context.

Which do you reckon would be more effective?

    1. We help e-commerce owners eliminate logistical errors with our 99,8% order accuracy rate. Which saves time, money, and reduces stress, allowing them to focus on sales and growth. Unlike when dealing with the usual struggles of ineffective 3PLs or self-managed warehousing.

    2. We help e-commerce owners eliminate logistical errors and unnecessary costs. Which saves time, money, and reduces stress, allowing them to focus on sales and growth. Unlike when dealing with the usual struggles of ineffective 3PLs or self-managed warehousing.

    Appreciate all input.

    – Freddy

Decent but “saves time, money, and reduces stress” is pretty generic. Is there something more specific that you know your ICP desires?

The second one isn’t much shorter and so they’re basically the same length wise.

    How about this?

“We help e-commerce owners eliminate logistical errors with our 99,8% accuracy rate. This leads to positive reviews and fewer operational costs, allowing them to focus on sales and growth. Unlike when dealing with the usual struggles of ineffective 3PLs or self-managed warehousing.”<!– notionvc: 5a2d520c-7845-4243-b157-69a4c1cd7b8b –>
