Is this a normal bounce rate?
I launched my first campaign to 45 prospects, out of which 16 bounced. Is this pretty standard for tools out there, or shall I be looking at a different tool or use multiple tools?
I don’t want to over complicate so would rather stick with one tool, but was curious to see if I was seeing better or worse results than normal..
Hi Hadeel, I use Cognism for prospect email addresses and numbers. For me they provide an average accuracy rate of 80% on the data I download. For the the remaining 20%, if I receive a bounce back I usually look at other folk within that business to determine the email formatting they use.. ie acheema@xyz.com, a.cheema@xyz.com. Hope this helps

That is high. Were they ‘hard’ bounces (email address didn’t exist) or ‘soft’ bounces (could be that the inbox is full)?
At least 13 of them are hard bounces, the other 3 don’t provide a clear reason so could be hard bounces also.

What tool are you using to pull the emails Hadeel?
There are tools to validate emails like – https://www.bulkemailchecker.com/
But if we can avoid that step by testing a different lead tool that’s the better option.
