May 25, 2023 #9011923Is the role of the SDR over?Angela BiddingerParticipantMay 25, 2023
Our leadership just let half our SDR team go. Word on the street is that they want to lean into ChatGPT and AI tools to get the same work done with less overheads.
I do full stack AE sales and don’t rely on my SDR and so this doesn’t really affect me business wise but I wanted to see if anyone else is seeing this trend?

That’s why I’ve never split our training program into SDR/AE. My prediction a long time ago was that that model would eventually fail.
It’s a shitty buyers journey.
