Mar 18, 2024 #9516724Increasing longevity?Michael StoneParticipantMar 18, 2024
Thanks to Will and his training I landed my dream med device job and I’m having success in the role. It’s the first real win I’ve had in sales after being in and out of the industry (failed start-up’s) for the past decade.
My question is improving my longevity in the role. How do I keep this up for the next 3-5 years?
At this rate, that will get me semi-set financially and will put me in a position to perhaps take another shot at building my own business again.

Are you looking after yourself?
- 8 hours of sleep
- 3x a week strenuous exercise
- Daily meditation (headspace.com)
- At least one hobby, that has nothing to do with your career that you really get stuck into each week
- Important activities time blocked into your calendar and the confidence to tell people to get stuffed when they attempt to encourage on that time
