Visionary Founder who is on their way UP in the tech world – who needs to hire a specialized person (data scientist, etc), who doesn’t want to mess it up with the wrong person and doesn’t have the right person in their network. Are there minor ICPs involved in a typical sale?
It varies, could be an investor, or a champion from their staff, but typically the founder is in a need.Feb 1, 2024 #9516499Brian NordParticipantFeb 1, 2024Brian Nord Feb 1, 2024NEXT STEPS
I need to pre-qualify to know if they are in stage 3 or 4. Because sometimes they need to hire like yesterday, other times they are hiring in the near future so its becoming a priority but they have some time. If they are in stage 3, a consolation would be best. From my understanding, leaving them with a strategy for their hiring these key people they need and giving them sage industry advice will help. In stage 4 they can see our testimonials which are rather impressive and establish trust.

They are useful elements to add to your ICP.
RE our call last week – Reverse engineer your current best customers to create your current Ideal Customer Persona.
We can then look at other potential ICP’s once we have a sales function build for the low hanging fruit.
