    <p class=”p1″>My ICP is a sales manager who works for a small to medium sized tech company (50 a 500) employees in LATAM and manages a sales team of 5 to 50 people. He has lofty goals to increase sales and market share every quarter, however, his sales team is inconsistent. Only 47% achieve quota each month. The inconstancy leads to high staff turnover as well so the dynamic in the team is constantly upset. His current approach to improve his situation is to run in-house sales and product training. Occasionally they contract external providers to motivate the team via conferences and workshops. He also invests to technology like CRMS and lead generation platforms to help drive results however he find that many sales people don’t even bother using them.</p>
