May 2, 2021 #4505544How to leave a negative employment reviewStuart HayParticipantMay 2, 2021
So I’m getting ready to leave my current employer. They have been shockers.
I was thinking about posting on Glassdoor but should I wait a while before posting so they don’t know it was me who wrote it?
Other salespeople need to know what this company is really like before they suck them in and spit them out like they have done to me.

IDK but it seems like employers have the ability to monitor things and depending on the turn over in your company it might be easy for them to put it on you.

If not, hold fire. You’re going to need a reference and although in the UK there’s legislation to stop your previous employer burning you for no reason it’s not worth the risk.
If you’re all set… then go for it. Glassdoor has a reputation for being “gamed” by HR teams trying to look good on the platform but we need more authentic reviews on there in the sales industry.
