    How to Identify which Step Buyer is On?

    I’ve pulled a list of the recent deals we’ve done, but I’m not sure how to identify where they were in the buyer’s journey. Most of the notes I have are previous emails which I do have access to.

    When they came in as prospects did they –

    • Have no idea of the problem that you solve?
    • Educated on the market and comparing vendors?
