How many hours per day?
I’m starting to feel guilty about THE LACK of time that I’m working in my sales job.
This is my first sales gig and it’s 3 times my previous income. Here’s the best part tho… I am only putting in around 4 hours a day and I am beating quota.
The worst part – guilt. It is stupid I know but I was so used to putting in the grind in my previous office role that I cannot help but feel like I am slacking off.
Does anyone else feel this way? How drastic have your hours shifted over your sales careers?
Have you been through the first training in the program? If so are you hitting your goals?
If you are… more power to you! You’re getting paid for results, not time in a seat.
