    Help with my Value Proposition

    I’ve been through the Value Prop exercise and here’s the output:

    Our – Creative Optimisation
    Help – Brands
    Who want to – improve media effectiveness
    By – removing the guesswork from the creative process
    And – understand why their ads work
    Unlike – Faceless adtech platforms or slow, expensive and manual agency partners

    I’m keen to get the communities views on how this could be improved.

    Hey Tom,

    Couple of thoughts –

    “brands” isn’t specific enough. Who is the person you help within a brand?

    Go deeper than – “improve media effectiveness”.

    If you have a feature (AI to pull best ads) which leads to a benefit (improved media effectiveness) what is the desire of the prospect that would lead them to take action?

    – secure their jobs as ad spend gets slashed
    – look like a hero in front of their colleagues
    – prove the effectiveness of their work to their boss

    Same thing with “understand why their ads work”. That’s a benefit. What’s the desire behind it?

    One you crack the desire why people really take action your direct cold outreach and marketing will generate emotional responses.

    I’d have to say that I agree with Will that you need to go deeper into WHY the prospect should care that they’ll understand why their ads work.

    I work with marketers and most of them couldn’t care less as long as they can hit their KPI.

    Are there specific KPI’s that are commonly aimed for? That would be a strong influence point to mention.
