Help! My Enterprise Account Went Silent – Any Creative Ways to Revive
Over the past 4 months, I’ve been building a good rapport with a strategic enterprise account. We were moving towards a Proof of Concept, and discussing contract versions and commercial approaches. However, all my contacts have suddenly gone silent. They acknowledged the value I can bring and have a problem I can solve. Any ideas on how to reengage them and get responses to my emails and calls to get the process roling?
Have you tried an email like –
Hi NAME,
On our last call it looked like you wanted to get started with a POC on [DATE].
Has something changed?
