I have an immigration law firm to help people get legal status in America. Many people need help but do not realize that it is best to hire now to get their case started. Our team calls people and most do not answer. How would you feel as a potential client if you receive any of these texts? Here are variations of – “Is there anything holding you back from starting your case?”
A. “Do you have any doubts about our team guiding you from start to finish?”
B. “Is there anything on your mind that you’d like more information about or any reservations you’d like us to address?”
C. “I want to make sure we’ve covered all your needs and addressed any potential concerns. Are there any aspects of our services or team that you would like more information on?”
D.”I want to ensure that you feel completely comfortable with our team. Are there any questions or uncertainties you have that we can discuss to help you make an informed decision?”

Are these cold calls or calls booked with inbound that then people don’t pick up?
I think you’ve got the right idea with the texts being to generate a response/conversation rather than attempting to rebook a meeting.
I’d try something straight to the point –
“I called and didn’t manage to connect. Is [achieving legal status / end result] still a priority for you?”
If they say no then they’re not qualified and you should reconnect with them in a few months. Otherwise you’re wasting the teams time chasing people who don’t care.
