My boss has been on my back lately. I’m 120% OTE this year so far.
Any ideas on how to communicate that he’s suffocating me with his micro-management?

Any ideas on how to communicate that he’s suffocating me with his micro-management?
Do you know why he’s on your back?
– Rest of the team failing and he needs you to pick up the slack?
– Thinks you’re not going to stay 120% for rest of year?
– How easy is it to forecast your results based on the CRM data he has?Every time I’ve had issues with management it was what Will mentioned above in that my numbers in the CRM were all over the place and so they were crapping themselves.
