    Looking for ways to maximize my profile’s visibility and stand out in my market

    I would probably get rid of the last bit of the headline as it will be cut off due to the length on most pages on the platform.

    “I help Federal Agencies solve CX problems using conversational experiences built on Zendesk.”

    If I’m being picky, “conversational experiences” is a little buzzwordy and doesn’t really mean anything. Specifically, what is the vehicle to solve the problem?

    i.e. “We help sellers find and close more deals using step-by-step frameworks”. Rather than “… using a bespoke LMS platform and assessment customized learning mechanics”.

    Leave Zendesk for SEO.

    The biggest missed opportunity is your header image. It’s pretty but not functional. I’d put your value prop in there.
