    Cold Outreach – Template & Stats Update

    Outreach as follows:

    Looking to 2022, companies similar to {{company}} are telling me they’ve plans to reduce their month-end – ideally – to less than 5 days.

    I give {{title}}s like you options for technologies they can use to achieve this, especially if mountains of spreadsheets & reports are creeping into your personal time.

    Ean (Director, [Company]) was struggling. After helping him look at some options, he’s automated the manual stuff, improved his forecasting and has more time to think strategically. (case study here).

    Does it make sense to have a quick 10 min chat to look at options to help with your month-end too?

    Can I ask how many meetings you’ve booked from this so far?

    I know it can be tough to get things in the diary on the first email but I think that’s the most important data point.

    None so far, but I am testing with an industry [non-profit] that is notoriously difficult, I’ll keep you posted

    The link in the body of the e-mail that goes to case studies. The only thing that I can think of is that our case studies aren’t aligned with the customer type we’re approaching.

    Companies will drop off if they work in one industry and see a case study in another I’m sure
