Aug 11, 2021 #5508311Cold emailing multiple prospects within the same company?Eli AParticipantAug 11, 2021
Hi will,
Hope you are well mate. I wanted to know:
is it wrong to incorporate multiple individuals in the same company in my email cadence at the same time?
Right now I Find all the people above the buying line in one company and just incorporate them into my email cadence. 3, 4, 5 sometimes 6 people.
Not CC obviously, I sent them each a semi personalized email cadence. Thoughts?
Thank you in advanced!
Liam
Aug 11, 2021 #5508312Eli AParticipantAug 11, 2021Eli A Aug 11, 2021Btw forgot to mention,
In my email campaigns I open up with:
Hi Mark,
I reached out to joseph and Chris about this as well.
(continue the email.)
These are all people above the buying line within a company. I do this to get their attention and build social proof. And I actually do reach out to them Simultainiesly so that this is not a lie. I let the other people know the same.
Ex:
Hi Joseph,
I reached out Mark and Chris about this as well.
(Continue email) .
What do you think of this strategy?

I’m be nervous if I was sending everyone very similar emails. I don’t know if you really have to mention in the email that you’re contacting everyone else too.
Are you not undermining someone by emailing everyone?
