I have created a new email script that I am looking to implement into my cadence. I would appreciate your feedback on it.

Does your current cleaning contractor insist on signing 1-3 year contracts for their service?

We have found this gives the cleaning company no reason to do a good job after you have signed on the dotted line.

At ServiceMaster, we use a 1 month rolling contract to let the service speak for itself.

If you are not happy, you can walk away anytime without incurring fees or penalties.

Open to learning more about why we are so confident in our service?

Hey Eshan, we covered this on the group coaching the other day but here’s my rewrite –

We find this leads agencies to slack off once the contract starts.

At ServiceMaster we do things differently.
