Cold Email Prospecting
Hi Guys,
I’m a BDM for a sustainable exhibition stand company and one of the ways I maximise revenue is by increasing the number of stands we build at at a show we are already working at.
The problem is it’s very time consuming to collect the data for cold email generation as there could be 400+ exhibitors at the show. My personal target is to get 5-10 exhibition stands per show and we usually do 4/5 exhibitions a month.
To do this I’m looking for a data hoover tool that will do the following:
1. Comb an event website for companies that are exhibiting
– Current manual task will take 1-2 days depending on the show
2. Search the basic company contact information, number, email, company size etc.
3. BONUS- Identify the ICP which in my case is usually the marketing manager, Events Executive or Founder/Owner/director if a smaller business
Once I’ve got the list I upload to my cold outreach machine which gives me the feedback loop to improve. But I also tailor the value proposition depending on the stand size, company size and likely spend as well as provide real case studies of previous stands we’ve done at that show and their successes
So far, manually doing this process I’ve had great success but I feel with the crazy amount of Ai tools there are around there’s got to be one to streamline this process and maximise the potential revenue!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I’ve only been in this role for 18 months!

There is no software tool that can do all that stuff.
What you want to do is hire a “virtual assistant” on UpWork.com and ask them to do it.
