i.e. ask “why” a few more times to get to the real reason the buyer wants more customers.

Having just read through the reporting you do and your new upselling reports, you guys must have loads of data on the value that you bring to your buyers.
I’d think about how you can talk in hard numbers, for your very specific Kiwi market and the message would be much more powerful.
For example –

For [SPECIFIC INDUSTRY] customer acquisition is the key goal for 2024.
We have helped thousands of Kiwi businesses deliver [SPECIFIC GROWTH] over the past 20 years.

Cheers Will like the approach – nice work. We could definitely do a better job a extracting data by industry , I’ll do some digging. In the mean time we do an overall count of leads generated for our customers – see 1/2 way down on our website – a ‘live tracker’ – thoughts?
