    “We are using [competitor].”

    “Got it. And how is that working for you in terms of conversion rates?”

    “It’s okay, but we’re looking to improve.”

    Here’s some thoughts –

    “Hi, it’s Jimmy Vo from Insider. Who’s in charge of conversion rates on the X website?

    I think we talked about this on a coaching call – I prefer not to introduce myself at the top of the call and find out who I’m speaking to first.

    “Great, it sounds like Insider’s personalization software could be a perfect fit for your business’s conversion rate goals. Can we schedule a quick 30-minute call next week to discuss further and see how we can help you achieve your goals?”

    I’m sure in real life you’d be more conversational. This just sounds a little corporate.
