Perhaps lean into the pain a little more –
“Ah sounds good. Are you spending a bunch of time with your head stuck in spreadsheets that keep breaking?”
I would like to show you how asset management teams that are my clients are using RentViewer.
Nobody cares what you’d like to show them. They only care about what-is-in-it-for-me.
“I think we can help you solve X. Would it make sense if we jumped on a quick call and I’ll explain how it works?”
Don’t get too hung up on the scripting side of things. You’ll get more customer feedback on what works and what doesn’t when you make your first 10 calls :).
