Sounds a big weird. Simply it –
“everything going OK with your X service?”
let us take that stress out of your next event.
You essentially want to parrot back what they’ve said their issue is. If they tell you reliability is the problem with their current service supplier for example, then you focus in on that.
Otherwise, looks decent. Get a few of these done, record one and send it over for review.
