    On the call will had talked about gaming the Cold call as in each step is in the call is part of a challenge. I have been doing that today and I find it very helpful. Mentally you don’t have to worry about much it’s just step one then step two, no thinking. Pass the break section then go to value section. Fail the value section no big deal as the game resets with each call. Anyways thanks, Greg
