Apr 10, 2024 #9516792Cadence steps – LinkedInKlaus JørgensenParticipantApr 10, 2024
Hi there, I need some feedback on – Candence steps regarding LinkedIn:
Step 1 (day 1) – Old/former warm connections
– Hi name, I see we have been connected here for XX numbers off weeks/months. Your company have grown since we connected. What is your biggeste challenges as a (title)?Step 2 – (day 3): Ok, that sounds challenging. How is your recruitment process working for you right now?
Step 3 – Hi Name, from Our exchange in the comments earlier it sounds like I could help with recruiting X person. Would it make sense to jump on a quick call to see if we’re a good fit to work together?
Apr 10, 2024 #9516793Klaus JørgensenParticipantApr 10, 2024Klaus Jørgensen Apr 10, 2024Could I keep it really simple with semi-warm leads?
Subject: (Name) – Quick question?
Message: (name) – I saw you just hired/your growing/lost a rep/ect…
“We help companies fill specialist and management positions quickly. We present top candidates within 4-8 weeks, ensure the right match with a 3-month guarantee, and follow up within 6-8 weeks after hiring.”
Would it make sense to jump on a quick call to see if we can help you?

The prospect doesn’t care how long you’ve been “connected”. It doesn’t really mean anything.
Also you’re making the prospect work too hard with your question. Give them the topic and then ask their opinion.
“Looks like AI is attacking the cold outreach space.
Have you had any success in leveraging it?”
Focus on the hiring side of things and you’ll narrow the scope of your conversation. You don’t want them to start banging on about their biggest challenges in product development.
You don’t have to wait until day 3 to respond to LinkedIn messages. Scan your inbox and carry on the conversations a couple of times each day.
Cold email
Unforunutly the “quick question” subject line is now dead because of how many people have been using it.
Try –
“NAME – 3-month guarantee?”
Or something similar that builds curiosity.
Obviously don’t use quotation marks around your value prop. Same feedback here as your value prop post. I’d get more specific with the post you think you can help them fill.
With your CTA they perform better when it’s “to see if I can help” rather than “we can help”.
Good first effort! Make the tweaks and lets start doing the outreach :).

These look great. Obviously you’ve used the templates very literally here so try them and then we can make it more “you” later on.
Cold call
I’d probably be more specific than “how is your recruiting process right now?”
Lean into what you excel at. For example, “Do you have a process for replacing executives, quickly, when they leave the company?”
Make that specific to the your offer and the needs of the prospect.
Rather than “would it make sense to see if I can solve this for you”, focus on getting the meeting booked.
For example, “if I could solve this for you, would it make sense to jump on a quick call tomorrow to run through the details?”
Otherwise, looking good.
LinkedIn
You can test this (20 messages when connecting, 20 no message and see what delivers the most connections) but most of the time no message is more effective.
Rather than “your industry”, it’ll appear more personalized if you say “the SaaS marketing space” and personalize based upon the industry the prospect is in.
For your “warm leads” how warm are they? Unless you’ve had a back and forth conversation with them on LinkedIn, within the past week, I would consider everyone to be a cold lead.

Yep looking good.
As discussed on the group coaching call, make sure that the 14 prospects a day is sustainable.
