Hi Will, amended email cadence steps for buyers agents. Let me know if you’d change anything?

    Email 1

    Munro – Streamline Conveyancing Partners

    Hi Munro,

I notice you help clients find properties to buy across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

I imagine this means you have to recommend three different Conveyancers to clients.

At Bond Property Lawyers we’re licensed to operate in all states and Territories. This allows you to recommend the same Property Lawyers wherever your client is purchasing.

Would it make sense to jump on a quick call to see if we could reduce the burden of recommendations & give you one conveyancing partner Australia wide?

    Regards, Stuart

    Munro – Efficient Buyer Journeys

    Hi Munro,

Being an efficient buyer agent is important to ease nerves that can come from delays.

At Bond Property Lawyers we help buyer’s advocates’ like you refer to a Conveyancer that acts efficiency and diligently, starting by ensuring leads referred to us are contacted within 2 hours.

We also aim for 48 hours for the preparation of new contracts of sale for sellers (subject to OC), and for contract reviews for purchasers. Although often can do so between 24-48 hours.

Would it make sense to jump on a quick call to see if we can provide your clients with an efficient and trouble-free service?

    Regards, Stuart

Munro – Conveyancers and Lawyers under one roof

    Hi Munro,

Most property transactions are straightforward, and a Conveyancer will be sufficient to complete the process.

However, in certain instances there can be complexities that go beyond the skillset of a conveyancer and provide a stressful experience for your client if not handled properly.

At Bond Property Lawyers we have qualified Property Lawyers able to support our Conveyancers at any point of the transaction should it be required.

If you search “Bond Property Lawyers” in google, you’ll notice the most common word in our reviews is “Team”. Our Conveyancers have a strong support behind them of qualified Property Lawyers.

Would it make sense to jump on a call to see if this extra depth of knowledge could be an asset to your clients?

    Kind Regards, Stuart

    I’d probably simplify the CTA.

Would it make sense to jump on a quick call to see if we could reduce the burden of giving recommendations?

    Email 2

I’d also simplify the middle of this one. It sounds a little “lawyery” which might be what you’re going for.

We help buyer advocates’ refer to a Conveyancer that acts efficiency by ensuring referred leads are contacted within 2 hours.

We also promise a 48 hour turnaround for the preparation of new contracts of sale for sellers and for contract reviews.

    Email 3

Same as the others. Think about saying the same thing but in as few words as possible.

    Hi Munro,

The average Conveyancer will be able to complete most property transactions.

But when things get complex, they will fail and your clients will be looking to you for answers.

At Bond Property Lawyers we have qualified Property Lawyers able to support our Conveyancers at any point of the transaction should it be required.

Would it make sense to jump on a call to see if this depth of knowledge could be an asset to your clients?

    Kind Regards, Stuart
