    Am I doing this wrong??

Here’s my cadence so far and I am yet to receive a response:
To be honest I have only gotten to step 4 with half of my prospect list (just over 100 people in total in this particular list) so I may be getting impatient here… but I would just love to know if I’m on the right track here.

    Step 1: Day 1: Email 1

    Hi Greg,

I saw you recently launched a cyber insurance endorsement to tackle the new SEC regulations. Looks like your team is right in the middle of aligning technology with compliance.

Many CTO’s told me they are frustrated by outdated systems that slow everything down, especially when dealing with compliance updates!

They just want their operations to run smoothly, with automation taking care of the manual work and compliance in real-time.

We help them automate their financial data reconciliation ensuring real-time audit trails and reporting accuracy, so they can focus on driving innovation instead.

Would it make sense to have a 10 minute chat this week and see if we can do the same for you?

    Thanks,

Step 2: Day 3: Email 2 (quick bump email)> LinkedIn comment (if active) and a thoughtful question.

Hi Greg, you’re probably super busy. Wanted to make sure this didn’t get buried.

    Thanks,

Step 3: Day 5: LinkedIn connection request > Email 3

    Hi Greg,

How do you handle the pressure to justify every penny spent on digital transformation? I’d love to make your life easier by reducing your exposure to data risks and ensuring stability across your operations at AXA, so you can focus on innovation and strategic growth instead.

I recently worked with Allianz to reduce the risk of non-compliant / incorrect data entering their system. We achieved 95% compliance rate in data population, significantly improving regulatory compliance, and enabled quicker issue resolution.

Mind if I send a short video to explain?

    Thanks,

Step 4: Day 10: Voice note on LinkedIn (if accepted connection request) OR Call > Voicemail > Text (if connection request not accepted) OR (if not connected and no phone number) LinkedIn InMail

LinkedIn Voicenote: Hi Greg, thanks for connecting!

Curious to know; what’s your take on automating cross-border payment systems using AI and blockchain, especially with the rapid progress of CBDCs in Europe?

Would love to hear your thoughts when you have a moment. Cheers!

    OR

Call (no one answered yet) > voicemail: “Hi Greg, it’s Klaudia form Neyo NUMBER– I’m calling because I saw you recently launched a cyber insurance endorsement to tackle the new SEC regulations. We helped another insurance leader boost discovery efficiency by 20% and hit 95% data compliance, making their IT systems more resilient and responsive to regulatory demands. Would love to do the same for you!

Again, it’s Klaudia from Neyo NUMBER, I’ll follow up with a quick text.” > text: “Hi Greg, just left you a voicemail. How do you feel about it? Would it be a complete waste of time to have a chat about it tomorrow?”

Step 5: Day 15: LinkedIn DM (if connected) OR Comment on LinkedIn (if active) > Email 4 (if connection request not accepted)

LinkedIn DM: Hi Greg I know voicenotes aren’t everybody’s thing 😀

Wanted to know what’s your take on automating cross-border payment systems using AI and blockchain, especially with the rapid progress of CBDCs in Europe??

Would love to hear your thoughts when you have a moment.

    OR

    Email 4:

    Hi Greg,

Oscar Navarro, Head of Digital Product Development from BMO said this:

“We got both quick wins and a template for the future. Total cost of ownership in relation to ongoing development costs has decreased […] our development costs are down 80% when compared to our legacy platform.”

Can we do the same for you?

    Thanks,

Step 6: Day 21: LinkedIn Video message (if connected) > Text OR Call > Voicemail > Text (if connection request not accepted)

LinkedIn Video Message (this is a template I am yet to customise for Financial Services sector): “Hi Greg, it’s me again!

You’re probably tired of seeing my name in your notifications, and probably think I just want your business. I don’t blame you! I would probably think the same if I was getting bombarded with messages from a total stranger. 😊

But I work with CTOs all the time and given [INDUSTRY SPECIFIC EVENT/TREND/PAIN POINT], I’m wondering what’s your take on it.

I’ve seen them do [HOW DO OTHERS TACKLE THE SPECIFIC PROBLEM DESCRIBED ABOVE]. Is that what you’ve been thinking of doing yourself?

Let me know either way!” > Text: Hi Greg, left you a voicemail regarding [INDUSTRY SPECIFIC EVENT/TREND/PAIN POINT]. Could you let me know if you got it?

    Or

Call > Voicemail: SAME AS VIDEO MESSAGE  > Text: SAME AS ABOVE

    Step 7: Day 30: Email 5

    Damn Greg!

    We didn’t manage to connect.

Did I get the wrong end of the stick here?

    Cheers,
